Late arrivals should report directly to a supervisor for check-in.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"text-foreground\">Arrival times:<\/strong> Please arrive on time to allow costume preparation.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"text-foreground\">Venue rules:<\/strong> Students may not leave the venue during the event. Backstage is restricted to staff and approved parent helpers only. No leaving backstage during interval unless directed by the showcase director.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"text-foreground\">Belongings &amp; costume:<\/strong> Bring only essentials. No mobile phones backstage or in changing areas. The studio and venue are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Ensure all costume pieces, shoes, and accessories are packed, labeled, and ready.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"text-foreground\">Hair &amp; makeup:<\/strong> Students must arrive with hair and makeup already done, ready to dress in costume. DO NOT wear the costume to the venue.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"text-foreground\">Food &amp; water:<\/strong> Supervisors cannot deliver food or messages. Students may bring small snacks or water if permitted by staff.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"text-foreground\">Behaviour &amp; attire:<\/strong> No explicit language, inappropriate clothing, offensive items, or criminal behaviour. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted inside; smoking must be away from others.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"text-foreground\">Medical conditions &amp; medication:<\/strong> Notify supervisors at sign-in if your child requires attention or carries medication.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"text-foreground\">Photography &amp; videography:<\/strong> Private recording is prohibited. Professional photos and videos will be provided for families to access.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"text-foreground\">Emergencies:<\/strong> In case of emergency, follow staff instructions immediately.<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"text-foreground\">Pick-up:<\/strong> Children must be signed out by a parent\/guardian.
